WE DO IT FOR THE CULTURE

Taking Lewis Silkin's historic New Towns Bill speech as their starting point, local artists Rolla, TT Marley and Peewee SMG bring Basildon's past into conversation with its future. Through music and film, they share their take on growing up in the town, the opportunities young people need and what they want to make happen. Raw, independent and made on their own terms. Basildon's DIY culture in action.
