For over 40 years, Lup Yin Kam has been part of Basildon's Eastgate Shopping Centre, running an independent shop while teaching martial arts to generations of local people. This short documentary explores the relationships and multicultural communities that have grown around his shop and classes, alongside his approach to martial arts, discipline and responsibility.
